i think angry joe was on point. the videos of stuff that didnt make it into the game and the interviews really drove the point home for me.

Yeah, that was a really good watch. I've never seen anything by him so I went back and watched his AvP review as well.

Man, it just makes me feel bad for him. I can tell how enthusiastic he is (about both games) and how big of a fan he is. I mean he gets decked out in costume and I can tell he loves the Aliens property. And just to see him let down like that, not only angry but he's also disappointed.

Then, I remember I feel the same way. Loyal Aliens fans have existed since 1986. They deserve better than this.

It's even worse when you watch his Top 10 Reasons Aliens: CM Will Kick Ass video.

it was a honest review , not some hate video how its not the next call of duty . still having fun with multiplayer though . well just have to hope and wait for a new game in the future .

The best thing about angry joe is, even if he tears a video game a new one, he WILL praise anything it gets right.

I don't agree with everything he says as I'm quite enjoying the game, but I do feel the pain of his betrayal, because let's face it - we were lied to with the "in-Game Footage".

You compare the E3 footage with the released game, and it's nothing alike. Now, take something else, like for example Dead Space 3, and the only thing altered is anything that may give away storyline details.

IMHO, anyone who actually feels 'betrayed' and 'angry' about a video game needs to seek professional psychiatric help.

Maybe I should have made myself clear, I'm not exactly on my knees, reaching up at the sky and shouting "Why SEGA, WHY??" Well, I ASSUME no-one thinks I'm doing that!! :D

I don't consider Angry Joe feeling this way about the game much of an issue. I've seen him raving about what was revealed in the past and hey, this is the way Angry Joe does his reviews - loudly and passionately.

Now, another person who said "You can find Hick's shotgun? But it was destroyed in the movie! THIS GAME HAS NO RESPECT FOR THE MOVIE AND IS COMPLETELY RUINED FOR ME!!!" that's a bit of a different thing...

One thing angry joe didn't find out/mention, you can use a smartgun three times. Once when you move from operations, once when you find Vasquez's smartgun (as not in your inventory, you "re-find" it each playthrough), and once when you can find another one before you fight your way to the FTL ship.
