The Friday Night Party theme will be
“Star Trek Federation Celebration”
Our popular Friday Night Party is back for Polaris 25. This year’s theme features “Star Trek, TOS, TNG, DS9, Voyager and Enterprise.
Our experienced costume judges will be awarding prizes for each of our themes “Star Trek” for the “Best Originally Made Costume” and “The Best Purchased or Rented Costume”. Costume prizes will also be given out to the best male and female costumes of each theme, and other deserving costumes.
The party also features door prizes, contests and dancing. If you don’t have a costume, just come and enjoy the fun. Take your photo in front of our scenic Star Trek and space backdrops, or with one of our Star Trek stand-ups.
The party starts at 9:00 pm in the Vaughan Hall Room, located on the lower level of the Sheraton conference centre.
There’s lots to enjoy, so don’t miss it!

The Masquerade will take place on Saturday evening after the Constellation Awards. Please see your pocket programme for the exact time.
All contestants must be registered as convention members. Registration for the Masquerade is available at the Masquerade Desk. Contestants must register by 2:00 p.m. on Saturday in order to be in the Masquerade. No late registrations will be accepted.
Contestants should have their cassette/CD queued and ready to play, and hand it in at the Masquerade Desk when they register.
