Not sure where I am supposed to post this, but wondered if there were others here who can help me with this.

I ordered an item from Shootsoft http://www.shootsoft.ca/ last December 4th and still have not recieved my order. I sent an Email yesterday and gotten no response.
Has anyone here ever done business with these people or should I hope to get my paypal'ed money back?

Shootsoft is notorious for being very slow and handing out excuses. I've dealt with them twice. The first time they refunded my money when the 20 business day lead time expired without them having my goods (they presell mostly stuff they don't actually have in Canada yet), the second time the AEG was not functional or even assembled completely in spite of their claims to test everything prior to shipping. They refunded a portion of my money for that one and lost my business entirely. In Canadian Airsoft, you get what you pay for but you have to pay 5 times as much.
