The hotels most suitable for conventions are all in Bloomington. The airport is there, so that's where the larger hotels are. Most of the local cons are on a multi-year contract.

Off the top of my head, Marscon, Minicon, Manticon, Convergence, and Crypticon are there. I am sure there are others.

They are all separate, incorporated cities, but I defer to your classification. Would you keep the same ribbon, previously issued for Bloomington?

I don't doubt that they are separate municipalities, what I'm saying is that they are all part of the metropolitan area of Minneapolis. For instance, I've done drops in Mississauga, but they count towards the Toronto Colony drops, and those in Hull, QC belong to the Ottawa Colony drops. Ultimately, the goal is to conserve unused ribbons for other completely distinct cities, there are a finite amount of ribbons.

All your accumulated drops have been accounted for. You're on your way to a double gold star.

First Sgt if still possible I would like to request an update for a new colonie.

Colony Campaign for Hannover, Germany
Hannover has over 500'000 colonists so no Minor Colony Patrol.
It's for the MCM Hannover 2016 Con.

If we are running out of ribbons we could use one per state (Niedersachsen for Hannover)
instead of city in Germany; whatever you think its best.
