Hey! Ive answered a few questions as best I can, but a few are best answered by the MSgt himself.
Quote:
First question: Samhein Prison Colony Decoration.
Is this awarded for doing a specific drop, if so where is that drop? Or is this any drop that is done on Halloween?
Ill leave that for Dom to clarify.

Second question: My ship's CO and I saw rhetoric regarding DZ Copernicus.
What is this, exactly?
DZ Copernicus is a fan film, so the award would be for anyone featured in the film in uniform.

Third question: Aid to Civil Power Award.
Is this for any community charity event, or is it specific to blood drives? Also, these are listed as one per action. Does that mean one Civil Power Award is given for every event (for instance if we did a few of these qualifying events in a year, would we be given the award that many times) or is this like one of those once a year awards?
I enquired about this, since Im forever banned from giving blood in the US due to my Limey blood. Dom responded that the award would be given for any community service conducted while in Colonial Marine attire. The awards which have a one per year award have this stipulation next to them on the page 1 description, so as I understand it the civil power award can be requested for multiple events within a year.

Fourth question: Canis Et Equus VII Ceremonial Guard.
This is what we are a bit unclear on. Is this award given to those who perform Color Guard duties in parades? Does this also include those who would be banner bearers for the club in said parades? Are we understanding that correctly?
The Canis Et Equus VII Ceremonial Guard award is for parade participation. The Color Guard device is added to the ribbon if the recipient served in the Color Guard of the parade. As for the banner bearers, I would think they qualify for the Canis Et Equus award as they were part of the Marine's parade group.

Fifth question: CM Recruiting Ribbon.
Is this ribbon awarded for members performing table duty at a convention, or is it given when a member successfully recruits another member into the club?
The Recruiting Ribbon can be requested for any non-convention event where the Colonial Marine Corps has been promoted.
EDITED IN CASE OF FUTURE CONFUSION.

Sixth question: Minor Colony Patrol.
This is more for clarification that anything. But we have a local convention every year that sits at about 1200-1400 in attendance. We are assuming that this would constitute a Minor Colony Patrol, correct? As such, this would not count toward a drop ribbon for the specific city (in our case, Portland), right?
The minor colony patrol threshold applies to the town / city itsself, rather than the event. If the city is above 10k inhabitants, but the event is less than 10k, it still counts as a drop for that city. If no ribbon exists, you can ask Dom to assign one.
Quote:
Seventh question: Suburb drops.
Do drops in suburbs count as their own individual drops, or would they be lumped into a drop delegated for a specific city? If so, what is the geographical cut off before it becomes its own drop? I ask because we have done a lot of parades in the past - all over the metro area. Would each parade be their own drop ribbon (if that's the case, we're going to fill up your ribbons fast!), or would they just be listed as another Portland Drop? If we did an event in our capital city of Salem, Oregon, which is like 50 miles South of Portland, would that be listed as a Portland Drop, or would it be its own drop? Again, what would be the geographical cut off, if any, before it becomes it own dedicated drop?
Ill leave this one to Dom to clarify, but as an example, Glasgow and East Kilbride have their own separate drop ribbons, even though East Kilbride is within the greater Glasgow area.
Quote:
Eighth question: Multi Force Decoration.
What exactly is this? Is this something for those members who have First Responder jobs in the real world, or are active military? If so, is this something that is awarded for their service?
From page 1, the Multi force decoration applies to the following groups:
Code:
Multi-Force Decoration:
Awarded to a uniformed member for previous or in current service of another para-military, military or constabulary force, body, corps or fleet.

Ninth question: Ribbons with star clusters.
When we do achieve ribbons that qualify for star clusters, how do we acquire those? I didn't see them on the campaign ribbons website. Are the stars for records keeping on this site, but not necessarily for our physical campaign ribbon awards?
The paradestore site seems to be missing a few links on its main item listings, but they do supply the stars required. The link can be found in the 'related products' sidebar when you browse the ribbon slides category. Linky:
