So I have 2 other questions...

-Do scalpers work these shows like they do in the US??? I would think scalping is a global, but am wondering if they crack down harder up there or something. Is it reasonable to think Saturday passes could be had on the street (at a markup, naturally)?

I have seen scalpers, but the way they are running the show now is they will not accept walk-ins to the Expo... Ya gotta have a ticket to get in. They almost had a riot last year!

-Are we going to coordinate outfits? Service Cs at the Expo, perhaps? Combat gear Sunday? Inverse? All good by me, just spit-balling.

My wife and I will be bringing our Aliens t-shirts and I will be wearing what's left of my Drake costume. No gun or flame thrower. It's the best I can do. But we should all decide where to meet up at the Expo. We will know more once they post the schedules.

To be clear, that photo is from Entertainment Weekly's cast reunion from a few years back. James "Canadian Truck Driver" Cameron won't be at the Expo. There seemed to be some confusion about this on FB.

I've updated the first post with a Ready Line with our first names so we can get to know each other sorry if I don't know your names! Haha. I also added when/where we will be too. I've posted on the Calgary a Expo Facebook page that I'm looking for 3 Saturday Passes as well so hopefully we can make it for Saturday at the convention too so we don't miss out on cast autographs by trying to squeeze everyone in on Sunday. I figure Sigourney and Bill will have incredibly long wait times

As for costumes, I'm planning Service C's for Saturday Night (and Saturday if I can get tickets) and on Sunday, my Nostromo shirt. I'm hoping my Mom goes as Ripley from Alien both days. I have a friend who is organizing Service C's as well

Cool. Since I am flying and only plan to bring one bit of carry-on luggage, ALL weapons are out for me. Heck, I think a belt-tool may be pushing my luck even. I think Service Cs for Saturday night and my Officer ODs Sunday is my plan. Maybe between now and then I'll decide to check some baggage and open up the possibility of my armor on Sunday. Either way, its harsh language all the way for weapons.

I was thinking of bringing my plastic VP70 but my luck they'd break it so I'm leaving it at home, harsh language for me too! For Sunday I have my Tupperware coffee cup and Mom has Jonesy if I can find him! My nephew was playing with him last time he was here haha

Just got these in the mail! I whipped up a redesigned card for the AL to hand out and ordered 100 from Vistaprint. They're glossy on both sides. Only thing is my laptop is down so I couldn't use my good programs, I made them in paint on my Moms laptop so they came out a little blurry but still readable We can split them between us to pass out if anyone wants some
