The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Kevin is; as for me, no. Fan Expo has always had two strikes against its favour: 1. Too close to DCon 2. I hear it's nothing but a dealer room.

Yeah I'll be there Saturday in my T1 Kyle Reese (Future War) gear to meet Michael Biehn (again).

And Sunday I might make the trek ( ) to T.O. again in my Admiral Kirk uniform to finally meet "The Shat" (hopefully... if the line isn't horrendous :( ... and he isn't charging $200 an autograph  )

Last year was a complete fiasco with people (including myself) waiting for HOURS to be let in, but I'm going to give them a second chance. My review of last year's con is here:

Like Dom mentioned, it truly is "all business" at this convention with very little fan interaction/panels etc, and it is wall-to-wall in there with attendees.

Wow, I hadn't realized last year was so bad! I hope to be there before 10 Sunday, hopefully it wont't be that bad that early. I'll be on the look-out for Admiral Kirk.

Cheers,
Neil.

There's a reason I call it Fan Exploit, haven't gone since 2003, they've done REALLY bad things that are very unethical and of questionable legality, I can't justify giving them my money. I save my money for DCON.

The con is our part of the country (won't mention it but its always in Dallas) has gone the same route.

Only fan interaction is put on by the fans paying to attend....everything else is money money money.
Dealer Room and autographs...that's it.

Hope this one turns the tables, have fun guys!!
