(One per cast or crew) Bronze Star for two awards, Silver star for three awards, Gold Star for four awards,
Double Gold Star for five awards, Triple Gold Star for six awards, Quadruple Gold Star for seven or more awards. What this all means:
1. Those with the LV-426 ribbon will be able to put in for multiples every fiver years starting in 2016. Newer Marines will be able to put in for the ribbon in 2016, with multiples every five years thereafter.
2. The Necronom IV Memorial Ribbon recognizes the passing of an significantly important cast or crew of Aliens. By important, this means... H.R. Giger, an art designer and the principle actors are significantly important. The guy who held the boom mike and the actress who played Newt's mom... not so much, but, bless them both. If any of you can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that you went to a drop in uniform as early as 1993, I will awarded you a double to mark the passing of Tip Tipping and H.R. Giger. If not, a single is all you get.
3. The gold star is no longer the epitome of a decoration. So, this means that those of you who go to a convention held in the same city many times per year will be able to go to a quad gold star. Same goes for the "non-drop" awards.
