There are no multiples for this award. Unless you are trying to requesting a silver for an international convention, if so, please state which convention in North America you have attended.
Which four conventions have you attended while either sick or injured? You've only listed one drop in Orlando.
This decoration is awarded in conjunction with the Combat Action Ribbon and you need to have participated in a colony sweep where a simulated victim had to have been rescued. As above, you've mentioned only one combat drop. Furthermore, only one multiple per calendar year. Have you been active since 2012?
