The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Anyone have one? Was thinking of picking one up. How is it?

I don't have it but I have heard it is a pretty big model. From the buildup pictures I have seen, the nose and cockpit contours look a little off (strictly in my opinion) and apparently it copies the error in the Halcyon dropship over of having the wrong number of missiles in the foldout pods.

As to the actual quality of the kit, I hear SMT products are generally good.

Rather wait for the MR one, myself......;) (conjecture....:) )

Cheers

SMT just got a S&D from LFL.
No more Star Wars models.

A lot of of their stuff is nice looking, but some of it is way off from discriptions.

They are often featured on the starship modeler site.
