Saturday 15th November - UKG Annual Ball
Holiday Inn, Leicester

The UKG would like to invite you all to join them in a big annual celebration evening.

If you would like to come along the tickets will be priced at £22 per person. It will be a buffet so you have more time for the Karaoke / Disco

The menu will be

Homemade Lasagne
BBQ Chicken
Wild Mushroom Penne
Jacket Potatoes with Cheese and Coleslaw
Mixed Leaf Salad
Fresh Fruit Salad
Chocolate Truffle Cake

If you would like to come along payment can be made via Paul Blackmore's paypal account which is tk0987@ukgarrison.com Please make sure you mark it as payment for Ball Tickets

Although it is a masquerade ball fancy dress is not compulsory...please no jeans or t-shirts though

Hiya folks- I just thought I'd post (to give this a bit of a bump!) and see if you folks are coming along to the Ball- you know its going to be fun, its in the hotel we are staying at, its a buffet so you can eat till you pop! and you can sing and dance the night away! What better way to spend a Saturday evening, eh!?

(BTW, did you notice, theres chocolate truffle cake.........? Need I say more?) :D

So, whos up for a bit of a party then?

I have various things to sort out wrt to the NSC drop, but if I'm in Leicester, I'll be at this. Sounds like a good dinner/party.

I don't have a costume though, so it probably will be jeans and t-shirt! ;)

Paul Blackmore has told me that the deadline for this is This Friday - that is when he needs to give the Hotel the go ahead. If there is not enough people signing up, then this can't go ahead.

Please sign up now or atleast let me or Paul B know if you intend to be signing up before Friday. If you PayPal him and it ends up not happening, then Paul will of course refund your payments.

I'd like to thank Paul for the work he's doing making this happen.

Its unlikey i will come to this.. as im not a big fan of Karaoke / Disco :)
plus i don't want to pay up front and then on the day not be in the mood for the event... :)
So if by the end of the week im the only one thats not going then , maybe i'll go..

I meant the meal. I wouldn't expect anyone to sub me either.

To be honest I have lots of friends in Leicester that I spend time neglecting! I should probably try and meet up with some of them :? (I'm sure missing the karaoke won't be a great loss :wink: )

Harry- dress code...

Based on previous Balls we have had, some have come in shirt and trousers, the majority have been suit or tux wearing. (And thats just the ladies!) :P
