If you don't mind a non canon Infantryman in Armour with an SA80 walking about, feel free to put me down for more walk about work. I'll be kitting out as a medic too. |

Should be times when we have plenty of people spare, as long as you can get someone to cover, feel free to wander around. Oh, I'll be sure to make sure there is cover. |

Theres going to be anothe duty needed covering too, thats a couple of guards outside the Challenger Suite to keep an eye on... things. We can probably grab UKG/Al folk as and when required to do stints on this if thats ok? |

The Bug Hunts will benefit from having more Marines rather than less!! ![]() Am I right in thinking at the moment Teri & Jon are sorting out UKG members, with the designated AL members, and getting that rota straight. Mantroon is getting the AL members rota straight. I'm sure Mantroon will liase with Teri and see what crossovers are possible once these are done. It's all one big happy family! GROUP HUG ANYONE!! ![]() (apart from axeman cos it sounds like he's too good at it ![]() Andy |

I was making a joke at the UKGs policy of not offering their helmets/hats to kids for photos as it would be breaking character. Anyways... pencil me down for guard duty as and when required. |

There is a diffrence between a marine giving a kid a helmet and a stormtrooper removing his Also most of the UKG are full members of the UKCM or as wee like to call it UKGCM ![]() |

G- cheers mate, love you too! Ah promotions....good........goooooooood! AE guards will have to be fully kitted marines. I suggest we allocate people on the day for guard duty from spare folk we have. |

The two guards outside the AE are to be sorted by the AE paople, this was agreed at the meeting and has been discussed on the script board - therefore it should already be sorted and factored into the AE rota. SAS |

(apart from axeman cos it sounds like he's too good at it ) Awww I`ve got nice long strong arms to help with Group hugs ![]() Mantroon,LMK what you had planned for Sat mate,I maybe able to get in a shot at the AE as well as still helping out without you reworking anything ![]() As for AE,I didn`t know there were outdoor guards,as I could do a Black Uniform for a WY Security officer (WY Baseball Cap,Polo Shirt with WY Security patch on,Belt order & Black pants, sidearm & headset). Someone has to keep an eye on these Bloody Marines running amok on a WY facility ![]() So if you want I`ll throw myself into that too. Or have a WY Black Clad Security officer standing around is needed,I`m your man ![]() Means you could spare some of the Grunts to par-take actually in the AE. Just a thought. Jason |

SAS It depended on how many marines we had and how they were going to get rota'ed. It was suggested so as to allow as many folks to take part in the AE as possible. As its turned out the numbers worked out well, so this wasnt required. As I dont have much on at the mo, I'll do another rota for the outside guards, ok? |

Paul, I`m happy with the Sat mate. Though as said the offer of a Static AE WY Security officer to help free up Marine participation on the AE is also there. As for Sunday,if I could have an extra hr or two block off to enjoy I`m happy to help out again like Sat. Again the WY Security Officer is offered for the AE for Sun too. Jason |

Thanks for the offer of the WY security officer. We wont be taking marines out of the AE for the guard role, but I'll factor you in to keep them company if that ok? |

Rota looks fine to me Paul, When not in the AE for my stint each day the time allotted for the UKCM area is fine for me. It means I can still enjoy the event a bit and get to wear my other costume. I think you've come up with a good balance there. Cheers Darren |
