The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Me is confused.

I thought I'd be involved in an 'audition' on the Friday to see if I'm needed/good enough to be in the AE, but the rota shows me in the Bug Hunt/AE anyway? :?

The rota shows you as being in the Bug Hunt but not in the AE.

The bug hunt is a separate element completely to the AE. It was posted earlier in this thread or possibly another thread, I'm not sure, about the costume standard requirement for the AE, in that it must be screen accurate in terms of paint job etc.

I imagine that people who expressed an interest and meet the requirements have been put on the rota already with the assumption that they will be OK, which I'm sure they will be of course.

Cheers

Darren

Well, that's me out of the AE, then.

You see, that's why that Alien War thing was so rubbish, lack of costume accuracy. ;) ;)

Fraz and I were going over the Firing range this evening and we'll need 3 people on Range duty at the minimum at all times. Perhaps 1 or 2 more if we get busy.

Paul, if you can reflect this on the Rota, that'd be grand :)

Well Sandy,

I have soted 4 people at all times on the saturday, as for the sunday, 3people at all times. I would give you more people on sunday, but I am just really lacking the man power.

Of course, if people are free from other duties and willing to help, by all means grab them, I am just suffering a major shortage of bodies. So much so that I have had to rule myself out of every bug hunt in order to make sue the display area is staffed.

Didn't spot that, that'll do nicely!

Paul,
If it helps any, I believe I'm in the AE with Wideload, TonyRB and D1sney, both Saturday and Sunday. When not in the AE, I'm happy to be assigned UKCM duties to enable you to do a Bughunt!

One of the main reasons for hteAE guards outside the Challenger Suite will be to keep an eye on a prop that is going to be placed there, as well as looking pretty, posing for photos, chatting up the girls, etc.
