The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

If I only have the one weapon (PR), would that be used for display and/or carrying around?

If okay for display, then I'll be bringing:

1 PR

1 Plushie Facehugger

If you only have the one I would recommend you carry it as part of your costume. (Looks great in photos) :D

I can supply:

1 x full sized Pred costume on mannequin.
1 x Dropship helmet
1 x Alien 3 Weyland Yutani Commando Helmet (or at least if it's done in time)

I may have a 2nd PR by then so could put my other one on display in it's case like the D Baena one.

Cheers

Darren

From the plan I’ve seen the one thing we are not short of is space.

:D

And reference small items the intention is to use tenser barriers but this may not come to pass. I’d certainly recommend some sort of closed case or plastic cover to prevent any loses. There will be people on duty in the area however they can’t be everywhere all the time.

Assuming I can get a decent enough ringbinder, I could also have a folder with storyboards from the defence of Whiskey Outpost and other scenes in SST?

Also bear in mind, no matter how many "Do not touch" notices there are... People will still try and touch em.

Another thing, notices stating "collectors item not for sale" unless of course your willing to sell it... Then list contact details...:)

Thank`s clanger :D

Thank`s BK I`ll try them, though I`m still trying to get one of those Treehouse ALIENS playsets & replace the figures with that, with my customs.

Now if I can find one (Fingers crossed I`ll find a dealer at the London gig) then I`ll get a case to cover that.

If not I`ll get a case & make a dio piece within it.

Jason

We’re going for a general Sci-Fi theme (heavily bias towards Aliens / Marines / Pred’s.etc) For instance Pete is bringing his screen used stuff from Sunshine.

Guys we can provide tables and tensa barriers, so you should have somewhere for things to go on.

I also have 5 mannequins, they are female however and have no bases, but they could be a back up if you need them.

If you want proper display cases how about the £30 ones from Ikea that have three shelves and are glass all round!

I won't bring my SST stuff if there'll be a complete set there - But I also have a full sized Predator 2 helmet, as well as a fibreglass Emperor's Royal Guard helmet from ROTJedi and a lovely 2-1b medical droid head, if we wanna include Star Wars stuffs. Oh, and my Boba Fett helmet and armour ( Would probably just bring the helmet though, as I have a few bits missing from the costume ).

Hmm

All I could contribute is the odd Star Trek bit and bob.
Perhaps a few things for sale for the kiddies.

Not sure if that'd go down well with this lot though... I also have my costumes if there was need for them for display.
