I concur with that, when a respray is manufacturing. Yet I can 3D print the sane thing legally, and have access to things like the liberator.

So I recently spoke to Steve from Airsoft World about the possibility of a group discount on the Snow Wolf Pulse Rifles. The price is currently £289 but he said he would be willing to give a discount for a group purchase. The discount would depend on how many were being purchased. They are the complete rifle, not the kit ones. The rifles would be 2 tone for anyone that does not have a valid UKARA. This is just to get a rough idea of who would be interested just now so I can get a price. It's not a final commitment |

Johnny wrong or right a pulse rifle is classed as a RIF and under the VCRA the crime is selling a RIF to someone with out a valid defence. your Ukara status is irrelevant if you sell a RIF to some one with out a defence you are the one that one face proscescution. |

Has their been a prosecution under that yet? And doesn't UKARA only apply to retailers? Individuals who repaint a two tone airsoft weapon are technically in violation for manufacturing a RIF, but I'm not aware of any prosecutions to this point. Also two-tones (NIFs) can be sold to anyone over 18 regardless of UKARA status. |

No noone has be prosecuted yet but that's not relevant to fact it is a crime to sell a RIF to someone who does not have a defence and I do not want a member of the UKCM to be the 1st to be prosecuted. Yes ukara is purely for retailers to prove they are selling to people who have a defence. Yes a two tone can be sold to any one over 18. Again you are right there has been no prosecutions. It's still illegal and so far people have just had RIFs destroyed but sooner or later some one is going to court. They may get a slap on the wrists or they may get the book thrown at them. The VCRA is stupid ill thought out law and e Most of the police are not aware of it but sadly it is law. |

Actually printing one is also illegal if you build it as this is still classed as manufacturing a RIF. Once again the law is stupid and no one has been prosecuted but sooner or later someone will be. |
