The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Hi all,
I'm very much wanting to make a marine. This sort of thing is all new to me but I'm up for making from scratch.
I'm in Norfolk so if there any Norfolk marines around, be awesome to know.

Thank you for the welcomes :D
Ooo I think I have a few questions lol.
Where does one female locate the uniform?
I will attempt to make the armour from Eva foam, I've already started to work with it for a few other cosplays.

Really hope to have this made for Oct as there is a local scifi event which I think this would be awesome to be in to go.

Thank you again :)

Depending on how close to the film you want to be, you can get kits with the BDUs, ABS armour and everything for around £600 or so, BUT you have to assemble and paint everything yourself from the aformentioned person. I think the pulse rifle is extra though.

I want to get as close as I can to the films lol. I haven't been able to do much at the momental so I'm bit behind with looking for stuff, had Alot go on and feel like rubbish lol so today I'm going to try and look in to stuff.
Ive already started collectingparts to make the pulse rifle lol. It's one thing I've at least sort of got sorted. 2 more parts to come in the post then I can hunt down the other things I need to make the rest of it.
