 Post subject: Need help building pulse rifle!

My pulse rifle arrived from Spat Cave but I have no idea how to construct it despite the instructions. Drilling, sanding and painting things are not my fortè.

Is there anyone that can help or tell me who could help me here?

Would love to have the rifle ready for the Hadrian's Wall drop at the IMAX here in Glasgow later this month.
