Malika had kindly offered to pay for ten rooms. Two of those rooms will need to be allocated to guests.
So to avoid a huge bun fight and people getting their nose put out of place with allocation of free vs payed for rooms. What we shall do is see what rooms people need IE: a double (for couples), three people sharing etc. We will then book the additional rooms so everyone is in the same hotel. We will then divide the cost across the board for everyone. Everyone then pays a reduced rate.
if you wish to pay for and sort your own accommodation that's fine.
Who shares with who can wait until we know exactly how many rooms we need please
