Well the main meet-up will be at the NSC. Myself, Rich and G should be at the NSC about 9am to start set-up.
That said there's no reason people can't book in and come on down. I would ask that everyone talk to your roomy and make sure you each know what you have planned.
Eiit: note check-in time are at 3:00 unless people want to pay £10.00 extra to check-in at 12.00
