Guys and Gals. Up and coming we have the Unity event down here in Devon run by our very own Geek Master General Kai "Spiderpool" Wong.

This event was set up by Kai to unite all the groups down here in the southwest by providing a family fun day in the grounds of Kais restaurant the Golden Pond.

Along with his now infamous Geek Nights the Unity event has gone from strength to strength and this year the two are going to be combined on Sunday 14th July!

But that is not the best bit... because thanks to the combined efforts of Kai and UKCM Black Ops representatives we can now offer the ULTIMATE in UKCM drops.. I ask you this... what’s better than a drop with its own bar and restaurant? ... STAYING FOR THE WEEKEND IN THE BAR/ RESTARAUNT!!

Yes... Kai has kindly agreed that in exchange for the UKCM presence and help on the Unity event we can camp in the Bar / Restaurant for the weekend!!

Excellent food and beer (including lock in) as well as breakfast will be available all weekend at standard rates.. But accommodation is free.. Bring a tent / sleeping bag.

Included in the weekend will be not only the Unity event and all it has to offer.. But also for the measly sum of £6 a head the Geek night quiz including excellent buffet!... also note that subject to work commitments Connie’s band Inkorrect will be providing live music as well... hopefully with a guest appearance from our very own Rich "Spanky Ham" Dowling!

So there you have it. Starting Sat 13th and leaving (if you like) Monday morning The Golden Pond in association with Black Ops bring you the ultimate UKCM drop of the year!

Looks like I'll have to miss this one unless I can sweet talk Bri into coming along. Between LFCC, doing Race for Life and going to Disneyland Paris, this is the only weekend in July we have free.
