The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Right you bunch of slackers I have spoken to the hotel and they have offered to open another room for us to use on the Saturday night.

That bloke Brickish and his eight twin brothers is taking up a lot of seats!

Malika, am I right to assume that menu changes are just for new comers in the second room, or do we all have to re-send our choices???

Phil, you see the bit where it says do not send me menu changes, that bit means DO NOT SEND ME MENU CHANGES.

This new menu is just for those who are still to sign up for this.

You have until tomorrow by the way!

Guy’s I’m gland to say we will be holding a small auction after the meal on the Saturday night. We have some cracking bit’s and pieces and all proceeds will be going to charity so I’d ask that you might consider throwing in a bid or two for a good cause.

Just so you are aware dinner will be in the main restaurant of the hotel and we will be eating as one large group.

Please have your cash ready to pay as you enter the restaurant (hotel guests can put it on their rooms), they will take cash or credit cards.

As dinner is being served from 7.30pm, I suggest that you all head on down a bit before this to make sure we all have time to pay and grab a seat.
